About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will hire the best talent for Versuni across Europe & Americas through a network of effective recruitment channels—building future‑proof capabilities at the right cost. You’ll plan and execute best‑in‑class hiring processes, deploy skills‑based interviewing, and act as a brand ambassador in every candidate touchpoint.
The impact you’ll make:
- Own end‑to‑end hiring across assigned business units in Europe & Americas: intake, sourcing, assessment, offer, and pre‑hire handover—ensuring consistent, transparent, and respectful candidate experiences.
- Partner with People Leaders to design role requirements using the Versuni Job Catalog and align assessments to the role’s critical skills; guide interview panels on bias awareness and structured evaluation.
- Source proactively using direct channels, referrals, market mapping, and employer‑branding initiatives to build diverse pipelines for critical roles.
- Run skills‑based interviews and document outcomes using STARR; coach stakeholders on consistent standards and candidate‑centric etiquette.
- Use our ATS (currently SuccessFactors and standard tools) to manage requisitions, move candidates through stages, and trigger compliant offer/ready‑for‑hire steps.
- Champion the Versuni tone of voice and inclusive language in job ads, outreach, and feedback—keeping messages concise, gender‑neutral, and candidate‑focused.
- Make data‑led decisions by analyzing funnel metrics (time‑to‑hire, source efficacy, quality of hire) and using insights to improve processes and pipelines.
- Uphold compliance with local labor laws, confidentiality standards before start date, and internal policies for the regions you support.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment; Bachelor’s degree (HBO or local equivalent).
- Proven success hiring across Europe (and ideally the Americas) for commercial, supply‑chain, tech/engineering, and corporate roles.
- Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
- Hands‑on skill with ATS (SuccessFactors preferred), LinkedIn, and sourcing tools; strong interview facilitation using structured, skills‑based methods.
- Data literacy: comfort with tracking funnel metrics and turning insights into action.
