Site Operations Manager

Are you a natural organizer with a passion for exceptional service? Do you enjoy being the central figure who ensures everything at a location runs smoothly, from customer experience to technical management? As a Site Operations Manager, you will be the indispensable linchpin that elevates our facility services to the next level.

If you thrive in a dynamic role with significant responsibility and love building relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues, then this is the challenge for you!

Your Role as Site Operations Manager

You will be the primary point of contact and the face of our facility services on-site. You'll ensure our end-users have an excellent experience by providing authentic, caring, and timely service. You are independent, resilient, and comfortable in a role where you report to a remote manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Creating the Ultimate Customer Experience

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders: clients, landlords, and vendors.
  • Communicate openly, honestly, and transparently, tailoring your message to your audience.
  • Support events, on-site activities, and concierge services.
  • Coordinate catering and mail services in an efficient and customer-oriented manner.

2. End-to-End Operational Management

  • Act as the 'go-to' person for all facility matters, projects, and crisis management.
  • Manage work orders through our CMMS, keeping a close eye on all deadlines.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure the location consistently meets the highest EHS and quality standards.
  • Handle minor technical repairs and serve as the first point of contact for issues, including after-hours escalations.

3. Vendor and Financial Management

  • Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Take local responsibility for Building Management Systems, PPM schedules, and the correct processing of work orders.
  • Manage the local budget, process purchase orders and invoices, and ensure a seamless financial process.

4. Safety, Quality, and Leadership

  • Ensure full compliance with all H&S, quality, and compliance procedures.
  • Lead by example and actively contribute to a positive team morale and strong work ethic.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Sound like you? You need to be:

  • Experienced, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a Facilities role or a similar hospitality background.
  • A natural relationship builder with a passion for customer experience and a proactive, flexible mindset.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and is driven to achieve results.
  • An excellent communicator with strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Resilient, able to prioritize effectively, and capable of switching between operational tasks and strategic reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience in a tech environment is a plus.
  • Holding an IWFM Level 3 / FMN qualification (or studying towards one) is beneficial.

What We Offer

  • A challenging and highly independent role where you can make a real impact.
  • The opportunity to act as a 'Culture Champion' and be the face of JLL and our client.
  • Room for professional development, training, and mentoring.
  • A dynamic work environment at a leading global player in commercial real estate.
