Join our dynamic team as a Demand Planner - S&OP

Become a key player in ensuring the timely and optimal availability of Rituals products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our commercial success by leveraging your solid and broad knowledge of operational planning methods, techniques, and processes. You will report to the S&OP Manager and be part of the Demand Planning team within the Supply Chain department. In this role, you will contribute to forecasting and planning for several product and/or customer groups, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders. You will work more independently under general supervision, with progress and results reviewed by senior colleagues and/or your manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Forecast Accuracy & Validation: Collaborate with business partners to deliver accurate forecasts for several product and/or customer groups. Ensure validation, documentation of key assumptions, and alignment with S&OP sales plans; escalate discrepancies when needed.
  • Process Execution & Continuous Improvement: Execute diverse activities within the demand planning and S&OP processes and proactively identify opportunities to improve forecast quality and ways of working. You will be involved in improvement initiatives and support execution of enhancements in collaboration with others.
  • Collaborative Stakeholder Management: Actively engage with Commercial teams, Innovation, Marketing, and Supply Chain to gather business drivers and ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely input for the planning cycle.
  • Analyses & Practical Problem Solving: Conduct analyses to identify focus areas and support decision-making. Apply practical experience to handle diverse, more complex situations, supporting recommendations and scenario assessments together with senior colleagues.
  • Insights & Reporting: Prepare insights, reporting, and planning updates, using analytical skills to highlight risks and opportunities and support proactive mitigation of forecast deviations.
  • Team Support & Coordination: Work closely with the Senior Team Lead and other Demand Planners to contribute to S&OP deliverables (e.g., reporting packs, assumptions, and planning tool inputs) and ensure trends are correctly reflected in planning systems.

Bring all of you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required, as effective communication with global teams and stakeholders is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; comfortable working with dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; familiarity with planning tools such as Logility and Relex is a strong plus.
  • Eager to learn, team-player, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • AI-savvy with a lean mindset and focus on practical execution and continuous improvement.
