Jouw dag bij NH Collection
Als het contract voor een aanvraag voor een meeting, evenement, congres of groepsboeking getekend is, komt de boeking bij jou terecht. Vanaf dat moment ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van het event en voor alles wat hierbij komt kijken. Jij denkt werkelijk aan alles en zorgt voor een “nhow” ervaring voor iedere gast! Je schakelt met de contactpersoon, regelt alle speciale wensen, schakelt met internationale partijen, adviseert over alle mogelijkheden en denkt mee met zowel de contactpersoon van de boeking als met je collega’s van de operationele afdelingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie op de juiste plekken terecht komt binnen de operationele afdelingen, om op deze manier de gasten gegarandeerd een unieke ervaring mee te geven.
Uitmuntendheid begint bij jou – Jouw kwaliteiten
- Jij kunt je verplaatsen in de gast en krijgt energie van het regelen van allerlei soorten bijeenkomsten en evenementen;
- Je vindt het een uitdaging om te zorgen dat alles tot in de puntjes is geregeld. Upsellen kun jij als de beste;
- Daarnaast ben je flexibel, nauwkeurig en je bent een echte teamplayer. In deze functie dien je het overzicht ten alle tijden te behouden, je beschikt over een commerciële houding en je denkt altijd een stap vooruit;
- Ook beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel naar gasten als naar andere contactpersonen, operationele afdelingen en het GEM Office;
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
