Marketing Internship: Global Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) – Adult Specialized Nutrition

In this internship, you will be part of our global team in our Specialized Nutrition Unit at Danone. In this role you will get to live and breathe the world of our Patients and Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) to fuel our business with knowledge and insights that will positively impact our Adult Medical Nutrition business! During this internship, you will support projects that help us better understand our patients and healthcare professionals and fuel our business with actionable insights. Alongside that, you will be given the chance to prove yourself to be able to adapt to the dynamic marketing environment and appear as a key business partner to the team.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Craft Patient & HCP centric analysis to identify business opportunities for Danone.
• Become a key stakeholder and advisor for our Topline teams assisting them in the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of research results.
• Support or contribute on Ad Hoc Research planning and development under the supervision of the SIA Sr. Manager responsible for the Adult Medical Nutrition category.
• Lead our Consumer Centricity Program for Adult Nutrition under the supervision of the SIA Sr. Manager responsible for the Adult Medical Nutrition category.
• Support the SIA team on topics such as internal communication, facilitation/ animation of workshops & meetings, team outputs and presentations.

About you

As a Strategy & Insights intern, analytical thinking and storytelling will be second nature to you. You can extract and analyse insights or data from various sources and have the ability to combine them into a clear story with actionable recommendations. You should be an enthusiastic self-starter who is proactive, organized, not afraid to work autonomously and knows how to prioritize & respect deadlines.

On top, you’re a curious person who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop. Finally, you are at ease with Excel and PowerPoint.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a master’s student in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Data Science, Communications or a related field during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in February for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week.
