Technical Deployment Analyst

As a Technical Deployment Analyst, you play a hybrid role that combines project management skills, technical deployment expertise, and a strong customer focus. You will coordinate and deliver infrastructure deployments across multiple functional groups, manage stakeholders, and ensure accurate administration and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deployments with a strong focus on customer requirements
• Create and communicate detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules
• Manage customer deployments involving cross-functional teams
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate administration and reporting of deployment activities
• Demonstrate strong time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Coordinate Technical Deployment Management (TDM) activities: scheduling, tracking, and progress reporting
• Ensure technical prerequisites (hardware, connectivity, cabling) are in place before deployment
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during deployment phases
• Take initiative, adapt quickly to changes, and identify improvement opportunities
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse colleagues

Requirements

• Experience in project management within critical environments
• Strong technical insight into infrastructure and deployment processes
• Prince2 Foundation certification and Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; Dutch language skills are a plus
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
• Ability to commute between data centres; driver’s license preferred
• Strong organisational skills, accurate administration, and effective time management
