We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager!

You will inspire customers worldwide with beautiful content showcasing KLM’s unique selling points, products, and services. Join our Concept & Campaign team and be part of a young and creative group creating social media content, global campaigns, and KLM’s next big digital marketing concept!

What will you do?

As a Creative Marketing Manager, your task is to create awe-inspiring concepts and campaign content for KLM’s digital marketing department. Your work will make our customers dream of their next trip with us. Not only do you support our digital colleagues with their creative requests, but you will also have the freedom to create your own social and newsletter content. Our local offices worldwide depend on you to develop innovative and original assets to connect with our global customers, keeping local preferences in mind.

Together with your Digital Marketing colleagues, you will create multichannel campaign concepts that stand out in the airline industry. Both in-house and with external agencies, you will brainstorm and execute the most out-of-the-box ideas for campaigns in all parts of the Digital Marketing funnel. You combine creative storytelling with a performance-driven mindset, using data and AI-powered insights to make ideas smarter and more effective. You know how to work with creators and influencers to strengthen KLM’s voice across channels and explore new ways to inspire travelers around the world.

We are particularly interested in colleagues who have experience or affinity with creators in a global context and analyzing content. This involves knowing the right A/B test set-up to test our concept choices.

Where do you land?

KLM Digital Marketing is a young and innovative part of our company. Our positive and ambitious colleagues are enthusiastic about new opportunities that bring KLM’s marketing to a higher level. Our department is based at the HQ in Amstelveen and consists of four teams (Quantitative Marketing, Concept & Campaign Marketing, Performance Marketing and Owned Channels & Partnerships) that work closely together in an agile framework.

Your profile

  • Proven experience with digital content creation.
  • Team player, creative mind and positive energy
  • Preferred: Affinity with content performance
  • Self-starter, innovative mindset and eager to spot new opportunities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with a broad scope of Adobe programs
  • Photoshop/After Effects/ Premiere/ Illustrator/XD
  • Experience with using AI tools to create content and improve workflows.
  • Affinity with storytelling and copywriting
  • Preferred: Experience with Figma
  • Preferred: Affinity with solid, accessible HTML/CSS for web and email, including responsive layouts, modular templates
  • Preferred: Affinity with social media, such as Instagram and TikTok, and social editing apps like CapCut
