Senior Devops Engineer

The world is at your feet as a DEVOPS Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at KLM. Not only will you work on the DEVOPS AFKL transformation, with a focus on reliability, but you'll also be part of a cutting-edge environment, at the heart of one of the industry's most ambitious transformations, the AFKL Move to Cloud program. What will you do?

KLM's SREs are part of the DEVOPS transformation and will enhance the company's capabilities in terms of application reliability and performance. The SRE leads the reliability community within the development and infrastructure teams.

In addition:

• You will coordinate task forces after complex major incidents;
• You will provide tooling and metrics to measure reliability;
• You will participate in the cloud transformation;
• You will prepare, together with the architects, the new cloud standards for reliability and performance.

Where do you land?

You will be based in Schiphol Rijk, at KLM IT headquarters, as part of the IBP, Solution Designer and SRE team in the IT Operation division. The team is an Air France KLM team, with 20 colleagues located in Schiphol and in France (Nice and Toulouse). You will be in daily contact with the other SREs in the team, across the three locations.

• You have significant expertise in Cloud environments;
• You’re technically inclined, curious and enjoy learning new concepts;
• You speak and write Dutch and English.
