Our People Team is a product-led, customer-centric organization. Our goal goes beyond delivering an exceptional people experience. We create the conditions that enable TomTom to perform, innovate, and succeed.

As a People Development Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Co-Intelligence Program, empowering our engineering community to thrive in the era of AI. This is your chance to deliver and scale learning experiences that fuel innovation and accelerate skills for the technologies of tomorrow and ensure our organization is set up for this transition.

What You'll Do

  • Be a Product Owner: you will lead the design, improvement, and implementation of learning & development programs and talent management initiatives.
  • Trusted partner: work with leadership on reviewing the company’s structure, aligning its people and organizational setup with the corporate philosophy and support the management of organizational change. For example, you will assess the impact of the Co-intelligent program on our job architecture and how we organize teams and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Team player: you will partner with other learning and development partners to work in an agile manner to deliver scalable solutions and develop programs for TomTom to develop the world’s greatest talent.
  • Leadership: you will take a lead in global talent activities to ensure globally consistent and easy employee learning experience.
  • Consultant and subject matter expert: you will take up a consultative role in overarching projects that require your talent expertise.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in HR Management, social or business sciences.
  • 7+ years of experience in the talent management, and/or learning & development and/or organizational design function.
  • Experience with organizational design initiatives that deliver real business outcomes, including work on job frameworks and job grading in a global environment with the ability to translate complex structures into practical, scalable solutions
  • Deep level knowledge of trends and developments in talent management and/or learning & development, as well as a good foundation of best practices in the field. Next to that, you have some knowledge in the employee experience discipline.
  • A natural drive for team play and an interest to work in an agile manner
  • Ability to flex between core delivery of large-scale activity, whilst providing consultancy on a broad range of learning & development topics
  • Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, and work independently to propose global and local plan designs and resolve issues.

What we offer

  • A competitive compensation package, of course.
  • Time and resources to grow and develop, including a personal development budget and paid leave for learning days, as well as paid access to e-learning resources such as O’Reilly and LinkedIn Learning.
  • Time to support life outside of work, with enhanced parental leave plus paid leave to care for loved ones and volunteer in local communities.
  • Work flexibility, where TomTom’ers, in agreement with their manager and team, use both the office and home to focus, collaborate, learn and socialize. It’s all about getting the best out of both worlds – we ask TomTom’ers to come to the office two days a week, and the remaining three are free to be worked in either location.
  • Improve your home office with a setup budget and get extra support with a monthly allowance.
  • Enjoy options to work from your home country and abroad for a set number of days each year, to visit family and friends, or to simply explore the world we’re mapping.
  • Take the holidays you want with a competitive holiday plan, plus an extra day off to celebrate your birthday.
  • Join annual events like our Hackathon and DevDays to bring your ideas to life with talented teammates from around the world.
  • Become a part of our inclusive global culture and have the chance to collaborate with a diverse community – we have over 80 nationalities at TomTom!
