As a Functional Administrator, you will be part of the team responsible for managing various HR applications within Loyens & Loeff, with a primary focus on Workday. Based on our HR-IT roadmap, you will translate functional requirements into technical solutions. You enjoy supporting users, for example by helping them with questions about the functional and technical use of the applications. You also have a strong interest in the latest developments in cloud-based HR applications.

Where you’ll work as Functional HR Administrator:
You will join our HR IT team, which consists of several colleagues you will collaborate with daily. The HR IT team is part of the larger HR Shared Service Centre, which provides support for onboarding, internal mobility, payroll, pensions, and more. Your scope covers the entire HR domain. You will work in multidisciplinary teams within and outside HR and interact with all our home markets: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Brussels, Luxembourg, and Zurich. Your main location will be Amsterdam, with occasional travel to our Rotterdam office.
