Shape the future of how millions experience Philips Grooming & Beauty

At Philips, we believe great products deserve great storytelling. As a Senior Integrated Producer, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our Grooming & Beauty portfolio to life—leading high-impact, large-scale productions that connect with consumers across the globe. You will act as a senior creative production partner, helping shape how ideas are produced, not just how they are delivered, and ensuring creative ambition translates into world-class execution at scale.

You’ll be part of our Global Production Excellence team, a diverse group of production experts driving creative excellence across film, video, photography, 3D, animation, and GenAI. From new product launches to always-on content ecosystems, you’ll orchestrate productions end-to-end—balancing creative ambition, technical excellence, speed, and scalability. This role sits at the intersection of creative craft, production leadership, and operational excellence, offering real influence on both individual productions and the systems that support them globally.

This is a role for a confident, hands-on producer who thrives in complexity, enjoys collaboration, and is excited by the opportunity to build toolkits and content used worldwide. Hands-on in this context means active involvement in production decision-making, agency collaboration, and on-set and post-production leadership, alongside senior-level orchestration and stakeholder alignment.

What you’ll do

Lead integrated, global-scale productions

  • Own the full production lifecycle—from brief to on-time, in-full delivery—across physical shoots and postproduction.
  • Deliver best-in-class global master assets for film, video, photography, 3D/animation, e-commerce, and emerging formats.
  • Lead production for new product introductions (NPI), always-on campaigns, and content maintenance.
  • Partner closely with creative teams and agencies early in the process, helping shape production approaches, feasibility, and execution models that elevate the creative idea rather than constrain it.

Drive quality, efficiency, and innovation

  • Balance creative impact, technical quality, cost, and speed across every project, constantly assessing creative proposals and output from our agency partners.
  • Leverage templates, modular production approaches, and technology to streamline workflows.
  • Continuously improve tools, processes, and ways of working—capturing and sharing knowledge so it can scale globally.
  • Actively explore and pilot new production models across 3D, animation, GenAI, and hybrid workflows, helping Philips adopt emerging capabilities in a thoughtful, practical, and brand-safe way.

Be a trusted partner to the business

  • Collaborate closely with marketing communications teams, platform owners, agencies, and external production partners.
  • Assess supplier proposals and budgets with a sharp eye for quality, market benchmarks, and ROI, in partnership with Procurement.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, or inefficiencies and steer projects toward successful outcomes.
  • Challenge assumptions and offer production-led perspectives, influencing decisions in service of stronger creative and business outcomes.

Protect the brand and the consumer

  • Ensure all content adheres to Philips brand guidelines, technical specifications, and production standards.
  • Uphold quality, regulatory, patient, and consumer safety norms—on set and beyond.
  • Guarantee assets are properly tested, approved, archived, and ready for global deployment.
  • Apply standards and guardrails in a way that enables global consistency and trust, while still allowing creative flexibility and strong storytelling.

Mentor and elevate the team

  • Coach and support junior producers, offering guidance and helping them improve the craft.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing production culture built on trust and expertise.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and evolving content standards—and help the team adopt them thoughtfully.
  • Shape what “great production” looks like at Philips through both personal example and scalable ways of working.

You bring

Experience & background

  • 7+ years of relevant production experience within a multinational company (healthcare, consumer electronics, or FMCG), studio, or production company (advertising or entertainment).
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, integrated productions across multiple disciplines, with solid experience in physical production / shoots for large brands.
  • Strong experience working with agencies, production partners, and global stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in environments where creative ambition must scale globally, balancing originality with repeatability.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Media, Film, Photography, Animation, Design, Marketing, Communications—or equivalent practical experience (15+ years) supported by a strong portfolio of commercial work.
  • Fluent English (our working language).

Skills that set you apart

  • End-to-end production and project management.
  • Stakeholder, agency, and vendor management.
  • Strong business acumen, budget management, and financial reporting experience.
  • Deep understanding of CMS, DAM, and content ecosystems.
  • Quality assurance, risk mitigation, and regulatory awareness.
  • Passion for innovation across 3D, animation, GenAI, and emerging production models.
  • Clear communicator who brings calm, structure, and confidence to complex projects.
  • Ability to bridge creative, technical, and commercial conversations without losing intent or quality.

Requirements for this role

  • Minimum 3 days per week in-office work from our Global Headquarters in Amsterdam, NL.
  • International travel up to 20% of time yearly.

Why join Philips?

  • Work on global brands and products used by millions of consumers worldwide.
  • Combine high-level creative production with long-term impact, shaping not just campaigns, but how production itself evolves inside a global brand.
  • Be part of a highly experienced Global Production Excellence team that values creativity, craft, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Influence how content is produced at scale—building systems and toolkits that shape the future of production at Philips.
  • Grow your career in a purpose-driven company focused on improving people’s lives through meaningful innovation.
