About the role

As an Account Executive for Inbound Sales in the DACH region, you will be responsible for Shiftbase's sales. You will work with warm inbound leads to serve the B2B market and support companies across various industries. You will oversee the entire sales process: from scheduling appointments and product demos to customer relationship management and closing deals.

Job requirements

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated and energetic sales professional with a passion for SaaS solutions. You are independent, have excellent communication skills, and can turn objections into opportunities. Additionally:

  • You have a winning mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the sale of SaaS software.
  • Don't be afraid to pick up the phone and actively approach new customers.
  • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written. (C1 level)
  • Working hybrid (1-2 days in the office per week) or remote is no problem for you.
