As Business PMO Support you will be the key person for project support, administration and reporting. You will drive and maintain high level quality for the operational performance of Philips Micro Devices (MD).

Your role:

  • End-to-end administrative support around projects under supervision, including various phases of Market-2-Order (M2O) and Order-2-Cash (O2C) processes such as quotation preparation, sales order handling, project execution, and shipping documentation.
  • Work with IT applications like Sofon, SAP (TEP), Planisware, and Qlikview.
  • Ensure that administrative processes are executed in a standardized and harmonized way in line with the QMS, using standard approaches, ways of working, calculations, tools, and templates.
  • Proactively signal deviations and areas requiring improvement.
  • Serve as the supporting backbone in reporting and analysis.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business administration or business economics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support around commercial processes and projects.
  • Ability to manipulate data and translate it into meaningful information and documents.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong affinity with processes, tools, and systems.
  • The ability to not only signal issues but also anticipate and generate alternative solutions.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and supportive attitude.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Advantages:

This position is located in the Netherlands and is not open for relocation.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
