We’re looking for an ambitious Associate Marketing Communications Manager, Trauma & Extremities, EMEA to drive brand visibility, elevate our digital presence, and strengthen engagement across the organization.

In this role, you will shape how we communicate, both internally and externally, ensuring creativity, consistency, and impact in every message. You will play a key part in enhancing digital engagement, aligning salesforce communications with business priorities, and maintaining the highest standards of brand execution across the region.

Please note that this is an individual contributor role without people management responsibilities.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies to strengthen Stryker Trauma & Extremities visibility across EMEA.
  • Drive brand awareness through organic & paid social media, digital platforms, and optimized web content.
  • Ensure consistent, creative, and compliant brand execution across all marketing materials and events.
  • Lead search advertising initiatives in collaboration with external agencies to maximize campaign performance.
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to engage audiences and support business goals.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration and brand alignment as well as ensuring timely and effective communication across the organization.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance through dashboards and analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field).
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, with a track record of driving measurable engagement and brand growth.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; Adobe AEM and Marketo or any other tools for campaign management and analytics.
  • Experience with email marketing and automation.
  • Additional European languages would be a plus, e.g. fluency in Dutch.
