Intern - Logistics Procurement

At Coty, we are looking for ambitious Procurement Interns with a hands-on mentality. As a Procurement Intern, you will be working with our Indirect Procurement teams based in our Headquarters office in Amsterdam-Zuid, the Netherlands. This internship will start in February 2026.

THE ROLE

Our Amsterdam HQ organization houses Global Direct Category teams (responsible for Packaging, Raw Materials and External manufacturing) and Global Indirect Category and EMEA Procurement teams (responsible for Media, Digital, Marketing, Business Services and Logistics). We are a diverse team of many nationalities and backgrounds with a passion for people development and driving our Coty transformation journey. The teams identify improvements and projects and roll these out to provide added value, service, and necessary funds to reinvest back into the business to drive the top line of our beautiful brands.

Responsibilities

We have three open Procurement internship positions within Coty HQ. This is a great opportunity to manage an end-to-end project and learn procurement skills. You will support various projects, including but not limited to:

• Spend and various data set analysis
• Ensure consistency in rate cards through various updates
• Freight Payment Audit Resolution support
• Preferred Vendor List and Preferred Vendor Contracts acceleration, KPI monitoring
• Taxonomy and best practices toolkit development
• Assist team members in market analysis
• Assist team members in execution of various projects, RFQs, and sourcing events
• Develop a robust study in the field of Sustainability in transport (logistics)

• Student (Bachelor/Master); it is important you remain enrolled with your university
• Passion for beauty and our brands, strong affinity with a dynamic environment
• Analytical, good with numbers, and strong Excel skills
• Does not shy away from responsibilities and is happy to provide added value
• Proactive and hands-on
• Flexible and loves challenges
• Good administrative & communication skills and likes to work in a team
• Fluent in English

Period

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 5-6 months and starts from February 2026. Remote working is possible up to 50% of your time, in alignment with your line manager. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis, but be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
