Introduction to the job

Contribute to the backbone of ASML’s success by supporting the flow of materials that power our technology. In this program, you help ensure the right parts and tools are available at the right time, enabling teams across ASML to deliver world-class solutions to customers. You’ll tackle short-term challenges while helping maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and customers – making sure our operations run smoothly today and are ready for the future.

Role and responsibilities

This program offers multiple openings for the Central Fulfillment Management (CFM) coordinator role, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact in a focused area of our supply chain. Your actions support the seamless flow of materials that enable ASML’s technology to reach its full potential and drive innovation in the semiconductor industry. Here, you will:

  • Ensure material availability for end customers by managing operational activities for a dedicated portfolio of parts or tools.
  • Monitor and follow up on the movement of materials throughout the supply chain, including both deliveries to customers and returns or repairs.
  • Coordinate with escalation channels and third-party logistics (3PL) to manage critical materials and resolve operational issues.
  • Initiate and implement operational improvements within the department, dedicating approximately 10% of your time to continuous enhancement.
  • Specialize in a specific field with no job rotations.
  • Participate in an intensive 2-year training and development program to accelerate your personal growth. The program consists of approximately 10 training days a year to develop your soft skills.
  • Receive guidance from a personal mentor from the company as well as a professional coach from an external company to define your personal learning goals and drive your personal development.
