Quality & Food Safety R&D Lead Opportunity

The Quality & Food Safety R&D Lead is responsible for setting up and driving continual improvement of the quality and food safety management system, based on Mars Global Standards, to deliver all site quality key performance indicators. This role ensures that all products meet quality and food safety requirements and comply with regulations.

What are we looking for?

• Expertise in GMP, HACCP, and Allergen management
• Expertise in ISO9001 and FSSC22000
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of statistics
• Quality Leadership
• English proficiency (spoken and written)

Key responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain a high quality & food safety system to ensure that all products meet quality and food safety requirements and comply with regulations.
• Handle incidents and consumer complaints, and drive the effectiveness of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Lead the training of standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, Allergen, etc.).
• Analyze data and drive continual improvement of quality performance.
