About the job

The Science team makes our product unique. The team is responsible for developing, validating, and monitoring how the assessments land. On top of that, the team translates research insights into actionable points for both the team and the users.

As our Junior Behavioural Scientist, you will contribute to various stages of science projects, from early literature research and study design to execution and insights implementation. You will be working closely with a Behavioural Scientist and a Data Scientist, and report to the Science Manager.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Conduct literature reviews and organise scientific knowledge within the company;
  • Contribute to science projects with insights and take ownership of your operational responsibilities;
  • Set up studies related to candidate experience and game-based assessment topics;

You believe in the power of science to improve recruitment processes and make selection more effective and equitable. You enjoy working with data, grounding your opinions in evidence, and continuously improving how you work.

Some things on our wish list:

Hard Requirements

  • You’re fluent in English;
  • You have a background in organisational psychology or behavioural psychology;
  • You are interested in the psychology behind recruitment or assessments;
  • You understand how to interpret scientific research papers and statistics.

Feel like you don’t meet all of the requirements? Don’t worry - you don't need to! If you hear the calling and only meet a few, we are still more than interested in having a chat with you!

Working at Equalture is exciting. It’s challenging. Things move fast.
It takes a team of dedicated people to help us scale globally.
Bright minds who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
And last but not least: We all believe that a world in which everyone gets an equal opportunity to get hired should have been realised a long time ago.
