Our Value & Patient Access team is responsible for ensuring (reimbursed) access to our medicines and vaccines. Our work spans from market preparation and launch of new medicines and vaccines from our pipeline, to securing reimbursement for our products and shaping an optimal access landscape and to substantiate the value of our products. We strive for broad access to our innovative medicines and vaccines and optimization of health gains for patients, society, and the healthcare system. Purpose of the Position
As HE-OR Manager, you are instrumental in developing and implementing robust pharmaco-economic strategies and economic value propositions that secure optimal access to our innovative medicines and vaccines, including their inclusion in National Immunization Programs. You'll build compelling evidence-based cases that demonstrate both clinical and economic value to diverse stakeholders across the Dutch healthcare system. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners—including RIVM, ZIN, healthcare insurers, and guideline committees—you'll use health economic and outcome data to substantiate the value propositions of our innovative portfolio, driving reimbursement decisions and contracting.
