As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand customer behavior and drive data-based decisions that improve engagement and impact.

You’ll join our Digital Engagement team, a diverse group of specialists such as Campaign Managers, Engineers, and experts in CX, UX, and AI, all working together to create meaningful customer interactions. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from Business Analysis and Customer Success Operations. Our team is international, so expect to work with talented professionals from different backgrounds and nationalities, all united by a passion for innovation and improving the customer experience.

As a Data Analyst at Exact, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that help us improve customer engagement and business performance. You’ll work on projects that combine analytics, experimentation, and collaboration across teams.

  • Translate business needs into actionable data analysis projects.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of experts from various teams.
  • Combine structured and unstructured data sources to uncover patterns and insights.
  • Use scripting language (e.g. SQL) to prepare and transform data for descriptive and predictive analysis.
  • Apply data analytics and statistical methods to identify correlations and trends.
  • Develop and execute experiments using causal inference techniques (such as A/B testing and difference-in-differences) to rigorously validate hypotheses and uncover actionable insights.
  • Share insights through tools such as PowerBI, clear presentations, and advocate for effective data use.

This = What you bring

  • You’re passionate about data and eager to make an impact. You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Econometrics, Data Science, Social Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, AI). At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, transformation, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Familiarity with ETL procedures, AWS Athena, and Big Data technologies.
  • Understanding of key statistical concepts and business processes.
  • Skills: analytical thinking, adaptability, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
