✅ What you’ll do

• HR Administration: Manage employment contracts, benefits documentation, and employee records with accuracy and compliance. Oversee illness reporting and absence tracking.
• Payroll Support: Validate monthly payroll inputs and liaise with payroll teams for timely salary payments.
• Data & Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data, prepare reports on absenteeism and workforce trends, and identify automation opportunities.
• Process Transition & Optimization: Support transfer of HR tasks to offshore teams and streamline workflows.
• Process Innovation: Implement digital tools and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration: Act as a trusted point of contact for NL HR Lead and work closely with Bucharest HR Support Team.
