Senior QA Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in our development lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and architects to ensure every feature is built with quality in mind from the very beginning. Your expertise in automation, risk analysis, and API performance monitoring will drive scalable, efficient testing processes across the product.

Your profile

Technical skills & expertise

• Strong experience in API testing, with a solid understanding of underlying databases
• Expert use of Automation tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter, SoapUI; plus modern frameworks)
• Deep hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, or Bitbucket/Bamboo
• Proficiency in Java/JavaScript for test automation
• Experience testing and validating IoT devices is a significant advantage
• Proven success driving high-quality outcomes in complex and highly technical environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies, ensuring early involvement in requirement review
• Ability to foresee risks and proactively design automated tests to prevent regressions
• Experience with Mobile/Web automation is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Katalon, Appium, Kobiton, Selenium, Playwright is a strong bonus

Leadership & Collaboration

• Ability to mentor Junior/Medior QA engineers in automation best practices
• Strong ownership mindset — able to define testing strategies, not just execute them
• Comfortable giving feedback and proposing improvements based on testing outcomes
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and contributing to product decisions
