What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end test strategy for complex, cross-team products
- Lead automation efforts and improve quality processes across the organization
- Solve systemic quality issues and guide engineering teams toward best practices
- Mentor QA engineers and strengthen our quality community
- Drive non-functional testing strategies (performance, reliability, device testing)
What you’ll need
- 3-5 years of experience in defining test strategy and automation leadership
- 10+ years of relevant hands-on software testing experience
- Strong technical depth across frameworks, tools, and quality engineering
- Experience in influencing architecture, processes, and cross-team delivery
- Ability to operate independently in complex technical environments
What's nice to have
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems or device testing
- Background in contract testing, performance engineering, or release quality governance
- Experience building QA communities or frameworks

We're the Navigation SDK team. We work on complex code to develop TomTom's Navigation Software Development Kit, integrating technologies provided by other Product Units and enabling our customers to easily build competitive navigation applications. Your code will also be at the heart of TomTom's navigation products like AmiGO, helping millions of people find their way in the world.
