We are looking for a Senior Revenue Technology Specialist to join our RevOps Team. The RevOps Team is a dynamic group of 5, working together to build a great revenue organisation within ChannelEngine 💙

Your role within this team will be to lead the integration and optimisation of our sales and revenue systems. You’ll be responsible for enhancing workflows, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. What will you do as our Senior Revenue Technology Specialist?

• Own our GTM tech stack end-to-end, including roadmap recommendations, vendor relationships, contract renewals, and license management.
• Lead implementation, integration, and optimisation projects across our revenue systems, ensuring all tools are secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
• Design and enhance critical revenue workflows from lead capture to renewal, covering routing, onboarding, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle automation.
• Maintain strong data integrity by overseeing CRM data structure, field configuration, data standards, audits, and enrichment efforts.
• Monitor and improve system performance, ensuring adoption, reliability, and efficiency for GTM teams.
• Partner closely with RevOps, BI, IT, and GTM leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build reporting and monitoring dashboards to identify system gaps, data quality issues, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Stay up to date on emerging GTM tools and RevOps best practices to continuously enhance our revenue technology foundation.

What makes you the ideal Senior Revenue Technology Specialist?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with CRM systems (particularly Hubspot), including integration and administration
• Experience with iPaaS solutions such as Zapier or Workato
• Familiarity with the commercial aspects of a SaaS company
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Outgoing personality and energised by interacting with others
• Currently resident in or near Leiden, Netherlands, or Berlin, Germany
