We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Customer Success Manager who is ready to kickstart their career in IT. In this role, you will be the essential link between our customers, the sales team and the support department, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for growth. Your role: helping customers grow

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be the connecting force between our customers, the sales team and the support department. You ensure that customers remain satisfied, that they get the most out of our solutions and that new opportunities are identified and acted upon. You work closely with customers, understand their processes and know exactly which information or solution they need at the right time.

You will receive plenty of responsibility, close guidance and the opportunity to develop quickly into a trusted advisor for your customers. You will collaborate with organizations in dynamic markets, including Canon, Coolblue and Quantore.

What will you be doing?

  • You maintain daily contact with existing customers and respond to their questions.
  • You support the onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth adoption of our services.
  • You identify commercial opportunities and coordinate with Sales to follow up on them.
  • You coordinate internal activities to ensure customer agreements are delivered correctly.
  • You document customer information accurately in HubSpot and monitor follow-up actions.
  • You actively contribute ideas for improving customer processes, internal workflows and service quality.
  • You recognize early signs of customer dissatisfaction and take action to prevent churn.
  • You collaborate with multiple internal teams (Sales, Support, Implementation and Product) to deliver the best solution.
  • You learn to understand our solutions and translate them into customer needs, including EDI, Master Data Management and our Supplier Portal.

Your profile

  • You have a higher professional (Bachelor) level of thinking, preferably in business, IT, commerce, marketing, communication or a similar field.
  • You have some experience in a customer facing role, for example in support, sales, customer success, administration or a commercial internship.
  • You have a demonstrable affinity with IT, data, digital processes or software and are eager to develop yourself further within an international IT organization.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and you enjoy working directly with customers.
  • You work accurately and in a structured way and are comfortable working with systems. Experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce or AFAS) is a plus, but not required.
  • You enjoy switching between different teams and thrive in a role that connects sales, support and customers.
  • You are proactive, think ahead and identify opportunities or issues before others notice them.
  • You have strong analytical skills, can work with dashboards, reports and customer data and learn new processes quickly.
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and are able to communicate well in English in an international environment.

What we offer you

  • An attractive starting salary between €3,000 and €3,700 gross per month, depending on experience, with plenty of growth opportunities within Onetrail and TSS.

    A 7 month contract including a 1 month probation period, with the intention to move into a permanent contract when performance meets expectations.

    A hybrid or remote working model with great flexibility, allowing you to work mostly remote within the Netherlands while spending about one day a week at our office in Amersfoort.

    26 holiday days, 8 percent holiday allowance, a good pension scheme, travel allowance starting from 10 kilometers and a fixed monthly expense allowance of €25.
