Join FitForMe and make a measurable impact on global health

At FitForMe, we’re not just creating products; we’re improving the quality of life for people affected by obesity through science-backed supplements and lifelong support. As a fast-scaling international company, we’re building a high-performing team that drives our mission with curiosity, speed, and data-driven decision-making. Today, our work supports thousands of people across 15+ countries, and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketeer who will help build and scale our presence and growth in the obesity care market. In this fast-paced, experimentation-driven role, you’ll run rapid tests, uncover insights, and transform them into repeatable, meaningful growth. If you thrive in a hands-on environment, love solving problems through data and creativity, and want your work to directly improve global health, we’d love to meet you.

Working at the intersection of marketing, product, customer insights, and data, you’ll test new channels, optimize the full funnel, and ship improvements every week in close collaboration with the Obesity Business Unit and cross-functional teams.

There’s no playbook: you’ll create it. If an idea is smart, we test it fast. If it works, we scale it.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from scratch, and enjoys combining creativity, data, and hands-on execution. Your work will directly impact thousands of people on GLP-1 treatment, helping them stay nourished, energized, and supported on their health journey.

GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic and Mounjaro) are transforming obesity care, but they also increase the risk of micronutrient deficiencies, low protein intake, muscle loss, and digestive issues. That’s where we come in. FitForMe develops targeted multivitamins that help GLP-1 users stay nourished, energized, and resilient throughout their treatment. Our products don’t just fill nutritional gaps; they help people maintain their health, strength, and long-term wellbeing while losing weight. It’s support that truly matters, backed by science, not hype.

What you’ll do:

  • Run fast, structured growth experiments: Design and execute rapid tests across multiple channels to learn what truly drives awareness, trust, and conversion. Frame hypotheses, build experiments, measure results, and decide quickly what to kill or scale.
  • Build and optimize the full funnel: Analyze and improve every step of the customer journey from first touch to purchase to repeat use. You’ll optimize landing pages, messaging, onboarding flows, checkout experience, and overall conversion performance.
  • Develop and validate new acquisition channels: Scout, test, and scale new routes to market.
  • Deeply understand our market: Run interviews with consumers and healthcare professionals to understand needs, motivations, and objections. Turn insights into better messaging, better product experiences, and better experiments.
  • Create content and campaigns that drive results: Write sharp, convincing copy; create simple but effective creative assets; and execute campaigns that you’ll improve continuously based on performance.

What makes this role exciting but challenging:

You’ll build something new from scratch, backed by a global leader, and work in a mini-startup environment with autonomy, speed, and real impact. Your ideas turn into action (not slides) but there is no playbook. You’ll create it while moving fast in a small, ambitious team. You’ll need to balance creativity with data, be highly self-driven, and adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving market.

What you’ll bring:

Skills & experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in growth marketing or growth hacking, with a track record of real experiments shipped. Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or supplements/health is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in:
  • Growth experimentation & hypothesis-driven testing
  • Funnel optimization (CRO)
  • Customer research & insight generation
  • Copywriting & messaging
  • Basic design/creative skills (scrappy assets, landing pages, ads)
  • Performance marketing fundamentals (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Analytics & data literacy (GA4, dashboards, KPI interpretation)
  • A BSc/MSc is nice to have, but a strong portfolio matters far more.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or German are a big plus.

Mindset

  • Self-starter: sees opportunities and moves fast.
  • Hands-on: ships quickly, iterates constantly.
  • Curious: always digging for the “why.”
  • Experiment-minded: loves testing, learning, killing, scaling.
  • Creative and analytical in equal measure.
  • Resilient: embraces learning through failure.
