Join our Format & Design team to shape award-winning store experiences worldwide and drive consistent customer journeys, while we globally expand.

Create award-winning store designs, to bring the Rituals brand to life in every space.

As a Senior Spatial Designer, you will design Rituals points of sale worldwide across Retail, Wholesale, Travel, Outlet, Mind Oasis, House of Rituals, and our offices. From early feasibility to final handover, you develop design concepts, gather feedback, work with stakeholders, and ensure every store meets our brand and quality standards.

For 32–40 hours per week, you will:

  • Assess new locations with feasibility studies and input for Real Estate and Construction.
  • Create architectural designs (floor plans, façades, and elevations) for all store formats.
  • Develop and refine design options, managing feedback and approvals.
  • Prepare visual materials, including 3D models and Photoshop impressions.
  • Review and approve lighting plans in line with Rituals’ standards.
  • Maintain project data in STEP.
  • Support refit projects and collaborate closely with VM and other key teams.
  • Prepare design presentations for new and existing concepts.
  • Contribute to design guidelines, manuals, and templates.
  • Liaise during construction with Store Operations and International Construction Managers to resolve technical questions.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and handover, supporting colleagues with reviews and problem-solving along the way.

JOIN OUR TEAM

You will be a team member of the Spatial Design team, within the Rituals Format & Design department, based in the Amsterdam HQ and reporting to the Manager Spatial Design. As a team, our mission is to create an amazing customer experience in our stores globally and maintain the high-quality atmosphere known to a Rituals store.
