About this Position

As the global center of expertise for Production Controlling at HCB, you will set standards, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performance culture across all production sites.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Global Planning, Forecasting & Reporting: Drive the end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for all global production plants.
  • Enhance Analytics & Drive Cost Efficiency: Develop advanced analytics and leverage digital tools to identify and deliver production cost efficiencies, provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic projects such as new plant setups, automation, and in-/outsourcing initiatives.
  • Community Engagement & Talent Development: Engage and lead the global production controlling community, drive upskilling, and enable people development and succession planning across regions.
  • Process Ownership for Controlling of the Supply Chain Efficiency Program (“Aspire”): Set standards, manage initiative tracking, ensure compliance and data accuracy, and define ambitious targets to deliver tangible financial benefits.
  • Restructuring Controlling Leadership: Oversee restructuring projects within HCB Supply Chain, including business case analysis, stakeholder management, and planning, forecasting, and reporting of restructuring budgets.

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CMA or equivalent preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in finance/controlling; production or production controlling experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to thrive in a complex, matrix organization.
