Job Description

As part of your internship, you will have the chance to engage in the following tasks:

  • Investigate learner engagement: Explore how to attract learners worldwide to Ubrew and propose creative solutions. Help restructure our current courses on our learning platform.
  • Build a learning dashboard: Work with the Learning team to create data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Day-to-day learning admin tasks: Enhance training materials and communication pieces, manage communication for programmes (via email), and support delivery moments. Develop decks and banners to promote courses and learning initiatives.
  • Your creativity is valued and within the internship there is plenty of room for your ideas and input, which we value and welcome!

The Department

The internship takes place in the Global Talent and Leadership (GT&L) Department and the Capability team of Supply Chain. Within this diverse team, people from various backgrounds and with various expertise work together to ensure we reach our common goal: Unlocking the full potential of our People. Working in the GT&L Team will give you the opportunity to interact with experts from data and technology to learning experience, so that every day will bear something exciting and new! In your internship position, you will mainly focus on learning and development of the Supply Chain function (the breweries all over the world).

The Terms of Employment

  • Your starting date is 1st of February 2026
  • The internship is fulltime
  • The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
  • It can be a practice-oriented internship
  • You will be based in the Head Office in Amsterdam
  • During your internship, you have the flexibility to work from home/in a hybrid setup/on-site, for two days a week
  • You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross per month based on 40 hours per week
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

  • You are a student at WO/master level in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Educational Sciences or Business Administration
  • You are full of ideas and have a strong willingness to learn new things
  • You have a proactive mindset and enjoy taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
  • You are flexible and able to prioritize tasks/projects
  • You have an international mindset

Conditions of HEINEKEN

  1. You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
    1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
    2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
  2. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
  3. You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
