As our Legal Counsel, you will be reporting to the Manager Legal and closely collaborating with two other legal team members.

You will:

• Support customer service in managing claims and resolving consumer-to-business disputes.
• Provide legal advice in the field of Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and Logistics on a diverse range of legal topics spanning different jurisdictions.
• Offer legal assistance in corporate, consumer, privacy, and intellectual property law.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Implement new processes and systems.
• Stay updated on and research new legislation.
• Corporate housekeeping.

You have:

• Law degree (WO).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and with an eye for details.
• Legal generalist with the ability to quickly adapt to new legal fields and jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with EU consumer law is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential. Full working proficiency in Dutch is strongly preferred; additional languages such as German and French are a plus.
