As Paid Media Specialist, you’ll support the execution of our paid media strategy. Your role works closely with the E-commerce team and our media agency to help manage always-on and seasonal campaigns across all paid media channels for EMEA. Your main areas of focus are paid search, paid social, and programmatic in digital channels, plus TV, Out of Home, and audio in traditional channels. You will execute our media strategy together with the EMEA media agency for both digital and traditional media. You will assist with the planning, buying, and measurement of all media plans across the region, supporting and enabling our local marketing teams at all times.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Paid Media Manager with implementation of our media campaign strategy for marketing and ecommerce.
  • Align with other marketing divisions to develop digital marketing performance within the immediate team.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly media results and act as the lead on quarterly roll-ups for local marketing managers to ensure regular connection with local teams.
  • Work with the Paid Media Manager on the development and planning of key account campaigns with our key retail partners.
  • Build connections with key media vendors to stay aware of any new media developments.
  • Be the first point of contact for the media agency, aiding in campaign optimizations and tracking forecasts on budgets and results.
  • Create and manage the UTM Link to ensure onsite reporting excellence.
  • Encourage use of our dashboard platform, identifying additional use cases within and across the business. Create monthly paid media updates and develop media and digital knowledge in local markets.
  • Support future media projects working with our Global HQ in Seattle and local teams, such as switch of website platform and dynamic creative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Basic understanding of planning and management of biddable social and search campaigns.
  • Minimum 1+ years relevant experience in paid media.
  • Good quantitative and analytical skills are required. Experience using native social media analytics tools (Twitter, Meta Insights, etc.) and dashboarding solutions is a plus.
  • Good project management skills and ability to handle shifting priorities.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Proactive and motivated self-starter with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • Computer skills are necessary, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
