KANDO is a Japanese word to express the feeling of deep satisfaction and excitement you get when you encounter something of exceptional value, quality, and performance. You have the opportunity to be part of the Yamaha family.

For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator in our Logistics Division.

You will plan and develop logistical actions to ensure that the various logistical processes run as smoothly as possible. You will also develop, rollout and maintain data-based KPI reporting in order to monitor the status of YME Logistics, provide efficient reports, monitor progress according to agreed targets, strengthen the compliance position and the internal control mechanisms. You will chart trends and new developments, specify and develop concepts for logistic systems and procedures for efficient and cost-effective transport, storage and supply of parts, accessories and units, taking into account future market and customer requirements.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Collect, report and analyze logistics KPIs, support negotiations, preparation of sustainability/customs reports, and ensure stakeholders are fully informed.
  • Contribute to and prepare YME’s logistics budget using capacity studies and sales forecasts to align supply/demand and ensure smooth operations.
