About the role:

Versuni is moving from pilots to scale. To connect work, data, and people, we need robust integrations and safe (agentic) AI (agents). This role builds, governs, and runs the integrations and agent platforms that make workflows talk to each other -- and make AI safe at scale.

At its core, this is both an enablement and an engineering role. You will design how AI-powered work happens across the Digital Workplace: how Microsoft Copilot Studio connects to governed data in Databricks, how Cloud services enable the flow of information, and how enterprise agent platforms (like Copilot Studio, Databricks, or SAP’s Joule Studio) interlink to deliver trusted automation.

You’ll bridge the worlds of AI, Cloud, and data integration - ensuring that every agent, connector, and workflow is secure, explainable, and efficient. Your work ensures that token spend stays predictable, AI decisions remain traceable, and value flows seamlessly across systems.

ServiceNow plays a central role as the integration backbone, linking IT master data, configuration, and operational intelligence into these AI ecosystems — so that every insight and action is grounded in accurate, governed data.

The impact you’ll make:

  1. AI & Integration Setup

    • Lead the governance, enablement, and lifecycle approach for Versuni’s enterprise agent and AI (low-code/no-code) integration platforms.
    • Partner closely with Cloud, SAP, and Data platform owners to align integrations and agentic capabilities without overlapping platform ownership.
  2. Agentic AI Engineering & Enablement

    • Drive the setup, orchestration, and scaling of agentic AI solutions that span across multiple systems and data domains.
    • Lead by example — occasionally diving deep to prototype, test, or guide complex use cases or new agentic AI concepts.
  3. Integration & IT Master Data Foundation

    • Orchestrate how key platforms (Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, SAP, Power BI, Databricks, etc.) interact and share data, ensuring integrations are purposeful, bidirectional where needed, and governed.
    • Use ServiceNow as the integration backbone for connecting IT operational data, configuration items, and master data to AI ecosystems.
    • Partner with Cloud, Architecture and the Data team to determine where integrations are best designed and maintained, avoiding overlap while ensuring end-to-end visibility.
    • Collaborate with Data & Analytics to expose governed data via Unity Catalog and ensure AI agents are grounded in trusted sources.
  4. Enablement & Community Leadership

    • Build and run the advanced Copilot & Agent community of practice across Versuni.
    • Design and deliver training sessions, learning paths, and enablement programs to increase AI literacy and integration capability across markets and functions.
    • Develop playbooks, reusable connectors, and best-practice guides that help teams design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade AI agents confidently.
    • Create visibility of progress and value through dashboards, showcases, and feedback loops.
  5. Innovation & Scaling of Use Cases

    • Identify and prioritize high-value automation and AI opportunities in collaboration with Product Owners, markets, and business functions.
    • Accelerate adoption through proof-of-value agents that demonstrate measurable impact.
    • Connect insights from operational systems like ServiceNow and Databricks to inform continuous improvement and innovation cycles.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Translate use cases into safe agent designs and integration specs.
  • Curate connectors, plugins, and skills for Copilot Studio and Joule Studio, including SAP and ServiceNow flows.
  • Partner with Data on Unity Catalog governance, lineage, and sensitive data handling.
  • Define Power BI semantic model contracts for agents, including RLS and endorsement.
  • Maintain and improve IT master data integrity (e.g. CMDB, asset, license, and configuration data) as key integration foundations for AI use cases.
  • Operate AI FinOps: budgets, alerts, showback, cost optimization experiments.
  • Maintain secure, documented patterns for auth, logging, and error handling.
  • Run the builder community, demos, and quarterly reviews of agent portfolio health.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Affinity with technology and AI, curious, experimental, and motivated to explore how integrations, data, and AI agents can improve how people work.
  • Strong analytical and data mindset, with hands-on experience in data science, scripting, or programming (e.g. Python, Power Platform, or SQL).
  • Integration and automation awareness, understanding how systems like ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, SAP, and Databricks connect and exchange data.
  • Interest in coaching and education — able to translate complex technology into practical learning moments for colleagues across markets and functions.
  • Collaborative and communicative, comfortable working in cross-functional environments that span IT, data, and business teams.
  • Growth mindset — proactive in learning new tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities; eager to experiment and share insights with others.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in technology, data, or automation roles (e.g. data analyst, integration engineer, or AI specialist).

What we’ll give you in return:

  • Internationally competitive base salary, benchmarked against global industry and market leaders
  • Performance-based Annual Incentive Program, rewarding those who dare and achieve more
