Introduction
The Customer Quality Care department of ASML is of critical importance to customer satisfaction, performance, and quality of our systems at our customers’ facilities (fabs). We drive the resolution and implementation of Customer Quality Complaints (CQN’s), which are the highest form of escalation from our customers due to impediments of our systems. During this internship, you will contribute to projects that improve processes and strengthen collaboration across teams. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and quality improvement within a high-tech environment.
Your Assignment
