The TCA Business Management team consists of 12 experienced internal consultants and management assistants, supporting tribe leadership in running smooth processes and facilitating change around simplification, customer focus, and collaboration.

You & Your Future

The Business Management team supports the Leadership Team at Tribe Credit Analytics in achieving strategic goals. We strengthen the foundation of Credit Analytics by improving processes, enabling collaboration, and guiding organisational change within the tribe. In short:

• We optimise efficiency and cost effectiveness of the tribe by designing overarching processes and specialist support.
• We improve predictability of the tribe by standardising overarching Area working processes.
• We test all relevant controls on behalf of the tribe and support in remediating actions to move towards compliancy.
• We provide service and support to all Area Leadership teams of the tribe.
• We are guardians of our tribe culture by organizing impactful events and working methods for the entire Tribe.

As an intern, you will contribute to these efforts and learn from experienced colleagues. You’ll have the freedom to explore, innovate, and make a real impact.

Examples of Projects/Tasks

Based on your interests and talents, you may work on projects such as:

• Supporting communication change processes
• Facilitating alignment between different tribe components
• Assisting with process guidance and change management
• Helping to build a strong community feel within the team and the entire tribe
• Harmonising diverse approaches into a unified methodology (TCA Way of Working)
• Organising meetings and events for large audiences
• Designing dashboards to simplify management information
• Supporting risk control alignment and optimisation
• Building and maintaining internal knowledge-sharing platforms

You & Your Talent

• Graduating from a bachelor’s study in Business Management, Business Administration, or Business Economics
• Available for 36 hours per week
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Striving for results, flexible, open to feedback, and taking ownership
• Good at collaborating
• Good communication skills, face to face and through the phone
• A keen eye for improving ways of working and creativity to develop innovative solutions
• Comfortable using communication tools (snappy videos, community involvement and viral communication) and technologies to challenge established processes
