The Role

As an HR Data Analytics Intern, you will provide support to the Human Resources Information Systems Specialist within the HR Department for our HQ in Amsterdam and Paris. You will support by creating and maintaining reports within our Oracle Human Capital Management System, building dashboards, and working on HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HRIS Specialist in meeting the company’s reporting needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify the most impactful ways for data and analytics to drive and support decision making
  • Become the point of contact for data, analytics, and testing within the HR Department to ensure accurate and proper interpretation of core business metrics
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics, and automate reporting processes to streamline data delivery and improve efficiency
  • Develop and design visually appealing dashboards and reports using the Oracle HCM System and SQL, and present complex data in a clear and understandable manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support in the implementation of change initiatives and HR Projects
  • Support with the day-to-day tasks of the HRIS Specialist when needed
  • Dealing with confidential information

Skills, Education & Experience

  • Enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period, preferably within Data Science or Business Analytics
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, especially SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

Start date: Beginning of January 26th / Available for 6 months / Full-time

Please note that we can only consider your application if you are enrolled for the full duration of your internship at your school or university. Also, due to Dutch legislation, you must have European nationality or be studying in the Netherlands.
