We are seeking a Product Owner to join our dynamic team in the Data & Analytics function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in delivering Data & Analytics Solutions and managing it as a Product using Product Management Principles, focusing on the investments and ROI.

You will:

  • Develop vision and strategy: Creating a clear roadmap for data & analytics products that aligns with the business strategy, balancing the Value & Cost.
  • Set priorities & delivery roadmap in Agile delivery model.
  • Perform Business Case management.
  • Perform stakeholder management: Acting as a bridge between the business, functional, and technical teams, such as data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, scrum masters etc.
  • Champion the data product.
  • Promote data-driven working: Creating buy-in for data-driven decision-making and translating data insights into concrete actions.
  • Ensure quality: Overseeing the functionality, reliability, and performance of data products and dashboards.

  • €0,23 net travel allowance and a net remote work allowance of €2,40.
  • A hybrid work model, with full support for your home office setup.
  • Work from location Utrecht or Venlo. In case the work location is Utrecht, then it is required to come at least once every two weeks to Venlo.

We ask:

  • Bachelor's degree (or preferably) in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, and a high level of English proficiency.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data, BI, Analytics, Data Science, or AI and Product Management function, preferably within E-commerce, Retail, Consumer goods, or a related data-intensive industry.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization, with strong proficiency in SQL while Python & R are preferred.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives when solving challenging problems that impact performance and outcomes.
