As a global Senior Strategic Insights & Analytics Manager for Early Life Nutrition you will be a core member of the team behind Danone’s understanding of the Early Life Nutrition Journey. You’ll unlock deep category insights, assess and accelerate innovation, and ensure our brands—especially Aptamil—flourish by staying rooted in what matters most: the needs of parents and healthcare professionals alike.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Champion People Centricity by putting parents at the heart of everything we do—ensuring our strategies reflect real lives, real needs, and real impact.
  • Strengthen our foundational understanding of the Early Life Nutrition category to inspire innovation and bring them to our local markets faster.
  • Identify where to play and how to win across the early life nutrition journey, evaluating opportunities and alternatives with precision.
  • Transform data from global performance tools into compelling narratives that inspire action and inform strategy.
  • Deliver insights that elevate the Aptamil brand platform, grounded in category fundamentals, parental needs, and healthcare professional (HCP) advocacy.
  • Proactively align and engage stakeholders with foresight, options, and clear recommendations that drive collaboration.
  • Shape and manage the annual insights roadmap for your (sub-)categories and topics, ensuring relevance, agility, and strategic depth.
  • Energize the Strategy & Insights community through bold projects, thought leadership, and a commitment to challenging the status quo.

About you

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role and truly make an impact, we believe you bring:

  • Deep Expertise in Consumer Insight & Foresight: Proven experience in consumer goods and/or the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to professional audiences such as HCPs.
  • A Track Record of Influence: At least 6 years of experience driving strategic decisions and engaging senior stakeholders with consumer insights that lead to growth.
  • Hands-On Curiosity: You don’t just read reports—you build them. You test, learn, interact directly with consumers, and analyze the output yourself with your agency partners.
  • Strategic Storytelling: You know how to translate audience understanding into business opportunities and compelling narratives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You’re skilled at navigating matrix organizations, breaking silos, and building trust across functions.
  • Innovation Mindset: You challenge the status quo, embrace agility, and bring a strong can-do attitude to everything you do.
  • Leadership & Passion: You’re excited by the opportunity to help transform the Strategy & Insights function at Specialized Nutrition and across Danone into a vibrant, inquisitive, and audience-obsessed community.
