The Amsterdam Marketing Hub organization manages Coty Luxury’s full brand portfolio of over 20 Fragrance, Skincare, and Make-up brands, across more than 40 markets in EMEA. Operating directly through more than 20 independent distributors, 3 e-Comm pure players, and 3 affiliate markets, we are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated marketeers and education professionals, dedicated to elevating retail excellence and brand advocacy. Together with our colleagues from the broader organization, we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with over 350 million consumers.
Responsibilities
This role supports the Senior Training Manager in driving education excellence across more than 40 countries, with a strong focus on fragrance. The role ensures best-in-class training delivery, brand storytelling, and retail execution that inspires beauty advisors and elevates sell-out performance.
