RETAIL BRAND MANAGER DESIGNER FRAGRANCES BENELUX

YOUR PROFILE

As Retail Brand Manager, you are responsible for the on- and offline retail activations and expression of your brands: Mugler & Miu Miu. You drive conversion by developing local trade plans to activate the brand, with a differentiated approach per retailer and for launches as well as pillars. You are the voice of the brand in the Benelux.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the local trade marketing strategy by channel and shoppers to develop the brand(s) positioning in the market
  • Develop 360 trade marketing plan per key retailer for launches and brand animations in collaboration with the Brand Activation Manager.
  • Champion consumer and shopper insights at the heart of the marketing activities to create a seamless online and in store 360 customer experience.
  • Participate and support key retailer meetings and events with relevant account
  • For launches and updates, define the implementation of the Benelux assortment into local retailer planograms
  • Lead process of local trade PLV development (non-permanent) in accordance to brand guideline
  • Support the opening of new stores and the improvement of key stores including best practices, store competitor & recommend new service offerings such as personalisation and exclusives
  • Manage the allocated PPP budget
  • Foster collaboration and create partnership with key stakeholders (KAM, Retail Services, external clients)
  • Be an active promoter of the Simplicity principles and agile ways of working
  • Ensure the L’Oréal ethic principles are respected

We Are Looking For
You’re a great match if you:

  • Have a Masters Degree
  • Are fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
  • Have a strong affinity for luxury brands and understand their unique DNA.
