In this role, you have the opportunity to coordinate the implementation of Engineering Changes in production and supply chain, received from the different Business Units (BU). The BUs create new or adapt existing products through the engineering change process, resulting in new Device Master Record (DMR). Together with your colleagues, you are driving and owning the operations engineering change process for a seamless implementation in production and supply chain in one of the biggest Operations sites for Health Systems.

Your role:

  • Pre-screen and handshake Design- and Engineering Changes with BU (Development, Quality and Service), to have a seamless introduction in operations and supply chain.
  • Be a part of the Business Process Engineering team in Factory Best, consisting of 4 Engineering Change Managers and 12 Business Process Engineers.
  • Chair the multidisciplinary Operations Change Control Board to delegate activities within operations to ensure a complete and timely implementation of changes.
  • Analyze and resolve off-standards by using structural problem solving techniques.
  • Perform and transform the existing way of working across industrial activities in Best.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 4-7 years of relevant working experience in a global operating company. Engineering Change Management and CM2 knowledge is highly preferred.
  • You are analytical and conceptually strong with an intrinsic drive for collaboration, both in working and learning together. Experience with Medical Device Regulations (FDA, ISO, etc.) is preferred.
  • You possess a Quality & Compliance Mindset & Execution, are capable of driving change with a sense of urgency and bias for action, have a strong customer focus, and can deal with a large variety of activities and different stakeholders.
  • You hold a typical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • You are fluent in English (written and verbal).
