Are you ready to lead teams and drive impactful change at scale across diverse client organizations? Are you passionate about helping clients successfully navigate transformation, and do you bring both strategic vision and hands-on delivery experience? Then the role of Transformational Change Manager is your next career move. Let’s build the future of work—together.

T&O Change Management work

As a Manager within our Talent & Organization team, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, client relationships, and account management. You will guide teams in co-creating and implementing human-centered transformation strategies, develop change approaches that are agile and ready for the digital world, and ensure the realization of measurable business outcomes.

You will work with some of the most prestigious clients across diverse industries, partnering with them on digital, technology-driven, and organizational transformations. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams delivering large, complex projects and work closely with client teams and (international) colleagues to solve and implement challenging organizational problems, often leading key workstreams, guiding junior colleagues, and being responsible for delivering specific project outcomes.

The Work

  • Lead Transformation Journeys – Help clients navigate complex transformations, building organizations that are more capable, resilient, and adaptable to redirection and ambiguity (e.g., ERP rollouts, operating model redesigns, digital transformations).
  • Human-Centered Change Strategies – Translate strategic direction and business objectives into holistic, agile change strategies that address culture, ways of working, and readiness for the future.
  • Deep Change Management Expertise – Drive leadership alignment to the change vision, activate change using insight-driven approaches leveraging AI, engage large-scale change networks, and prepare organizations for business readiness, technology adoption, and new ways of working.
  • Workforce Reinvention – Shape organization design, reskilling, and upskilling strategies for new operating models (e.g., S/4HANA, GBS, human-agentic workforce) and prepare the workforce for emerging roles.
  • Technology Enablement – Unlock the human potential of new technologies through enterprise-wide system implementations, digital learning platforms, and AI-enabled change activation.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Use analytics and predictive tools to measure adoption, sentiment, and transformation impact.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Account Management – Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and client teams, oversee account health, and proactively identify opportunities to expand our footprint.
  • Business Development – Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, responding to RFPs, crafting winning proposals, and shaping go-to-market strategies.

You will also:

  • Lead and coach diverse teams, mentoring both client teams and junior colleagues.
  • Work in close collaboration with client stakeholders and international colleagues in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
  • Be flexible to travel, including for on-site delivery at client locations when required.
  • Collaborate in-person for key activities, while benefiting from our flexible approach to support your work/life needs.
