Product Marketing-Mobile & Fluoroscopy

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Mobile and Fluoroscopy responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercial success of the DXR Mobile and Fluoro portfolio. This role ensures the portfolio is clearly differentiated, consistently positioned, and effectively launched across markets. Working under limited supervision and broad guidelines, the Product Marketing Manager partners closely with global business units, regions, and cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical, Sales Enablement, Education, MarCom) to ensure Philips Mobile and Fluoro systems deliver measurable impact for customers and the business.

Your Role:

  • Portfolio ownership. Act as the global product marketing owner for Mobile and Fluoroscopy, driving portfolio positioning, messaging, and commercial readiness.
  • Go-to-market planning. Build and execute launch plans for new products and solutions, ensuring consistent global positioning while adapting to regional needs.
  • Hero launches. Lead marketing execution for key Mobile & Fluoro launches (e.g., OBA, FutureProof20, SecurePath, and new systems), ensuring clear customer value is communicated.
  • Customer & market insight. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities, strengthen differentiation, and guide product roadmaps.
  • Sales enablement. Develop clear, pain-point–driven talk tracks, tools, and proof points for sales teams, ensuring confidence in customer conversations.
  • Campaign integration. Partner with MarCom and Education to deliver integrated campaigns, KOL advocacy, peer-to-peer education, and digital engagement that drive funnel growth.
  • Cross-functional leadership. Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Service, and Procurement to align on roadmap priorities and ensure commercial readiness for launches.
  • Performance tracking. Monitor commercial KPIs (visibility, funnel growth, win rate, ROI) and continuously optimize go-to-market execution.

You are fit if:

  • 2+ years with Bachelor’s in product marketing, product management, business development, or equivalent, or a master’s degree with no prior experience required.
  • Proven experience in product marketing or product management in healthcare technology.
  • Strong ability to turn technical features into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Experience in launch planning, competitive positioning, and campaign execution.
  • Solid analytical skills (market, competitor, business case analysis).
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across global and regional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience building sales enablement content.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., SFDC) and marketing performance measurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is an office-based role.
