As a Meeting & Events Specialist (f/m/d), you are responsible for the processing and organization of all events for meetings, incentives, conferences, events, and groups, as well as their detailed planning in direct cooperation with customers. You will handle sales and the organization of events at NH Conference Centre Koningshof, including meetings, conferences, gala dinners, and more. Your responsibilities include managing all associated negotiations and preparations to ensure every event is a success. You will be the main point of contact for event organizers, ensuring everything is tightly organized to guarantee guests a unique experience in the hotel. Clear communication with colleagues from operational departments is essential, and you will contribute to the overall service level in the hotel. Additionally, you will act as the event manager during major events, ensuring the entire event runs smoothly and serving as the connector between operational departments and the event contact person.
