As a Graphic Designer you will support the Brand Experience Graphic Design team with brand consistency in-store, design requests and local implementation support, with occasional brand-related projects for HR or Facility teams.

You will:

• Create, update, and manage in-store communication materials and templates in line with brand identity.
• Conduct regular store visits (weekly or bi-weekly) to assess visual communication, identify improvements, and ensure brand consistency.
• Act as a visual brand ambassador, supporting shop managers and store teams with proper design materials implementation and quick on-site adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Team in the Netherlands and the Graphic Design Team in Romania to ensure smooth coordination.
• Support HR and Facility teams with internal branding, PowerPoint presentations, and other visual communication needs.
• Continuously improve design quality through research, competitor checks, and innovation proposals based on collected feedback.

We ask:

• Excellent skills with Adobe CC suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Flexible with strong communication skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Valid Category B driving license and readiness for regular store visits.
