About this role:

Are you passionate about driving measurable impact through complex, cross-functional initiatives in one of the world’s largest online delivery companies? We’re looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager, a strategic operator with strong consultancy skills, capable of turning vision into execution and aligning global teams behind high-impact growth, retention, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

In this role, you will define and translate strategic ambitions into actionable delivery plans, ensuring our global retail media programs land effectively across markets. You’ll act as a connector between leadership vision, commercial priorities, and operational execution — helping shape and deliver the next phase of our advertising growth story.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Retail Media and senior cross-functional leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define scope, structure programmes, and ensure that global initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear business impact.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of global strategic programs — from design and stakeholder alignment through to implementation and performance tracking.
  • Translate business goals into clear, measurable workstreams with well-defined milestones and governance.
  • Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and keep leadership aligned on progress, impact, and course corrections.
  • Oversee the GTM planning and rollout of new and existing retail media products across regions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure flawless execution, cohesive messaging, and local market readiness.
  • Define success metrics and ensure accountability across all delivery streams.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and enablement tools that empower Sales teams to engage effectively with partners and brands.
  • Drive a data-led delivery culture: build dashboards and performance frameworks in collaboration with analytics teams.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Proven track record in programme delivery and/or consulting, ideally within a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Deep understanding of (retail) media networks (onsite, offsite, in-store).
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, able to connect strategy to executional detail.
  • Ability to manage multi-functional projects with a global scope.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without authority.
  • Experience structuring and driving large, multi-market initiatives - overseeing end to end programmes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, change, and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
  • A mindset of executional excellence, balancing strategic vision with operational precision.
