The Chemical Support team, part of the Service Lab Technical Support department, plays a key role in handling Dangerous Goods and offering Value Added Services. The services are provided to a wide range of different customers and contractors, including global colleagues in Taiwan and Korea, as well as internal stakeholders such as SL, HNA, LO, EF, TF, Demo, D&E, BIC, Delft, and various buildings on the Veldhoven campus and future sites.
Role and Responsibilities
The Chemical Support team is an experienced group of 8 FTE working in a Support Roster. As a People Lead, you will drive the team to further streamline and expand this business-critical, one-stop shop for Dangerous Goods. Your responsibilities include:

All warehouse activities are managed using different software applications, including:
All team members handle both operational activities and engineering tasks, such as Control Tower, First Line Support, Escalation Management, and Project Management. Work processes and the environment are audited periodically by Special Cargo Services (transport) and BSI (ISO), together with SL Safety & Quality.
As Team Lead, you will operate in day shift and report directly to the Line Manager of the Service Lab - Technical Support organization.
