Introduction
Customer Support (CS) ensures ASML systems in customer fabs run at the highest levels of predictability and availability. CS DUV Service Engineering acts as the technical link between field engineers and the central organization. Our team translates scanner performance and field issues into structural solutions and requirements for future systems. In this internship, you will help us design and implement a communication strategy that improves collaboration and efficiency. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment.
Your assignment
You will work on creating a clear and effective communication approach for our department. Your goal is to analyze current practices and propose improvements that make information sharing easier and faster.
This is a bachelor apprentice internship for a minimum of 5 months, 5 days per week (4 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.
