Projectmanager (junior/medior)

At Ever Ready Seaport Group, you work where it matters: between cranes, planning rooms and control towers. You help ensure that new systems don’t remain a plan on paper, but operate smoothly in the real world; when hundreds of people are relying on you.

This work is challenging, fast-paced and meaningful. A terminal going live means the pressure is high, but you are part of a team that brings calm, structure and confidence. We teach you our Project Delivery Framework, coach you personally and make sure you never stand alone.

Whether you are a starter or a medior, we look for people who bring clarity, take responsibility for the whole process and can switch easily between operators and management.

A background in engineering, logistics, supply chain, IT or operational work is welcome. But curiosity, discipline and ownership matter just as much.
