Organizational Change Management Consultant, Netherlands

Join our dynamic OCM Advisory team as a Consultant, executing strategic tasks and coordinating projects to drive organizational change aligned with strategic goals.

What you will do:

• Execute complex tasks and coordinate projects for organizational change initiatives.
• Assess business readiness and manage stakeholder alignment.
• Minimize risks and build employee capabilities.
• Design and implement change initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic training plans.
• Align communications strategies with organizational goals.
• Facilitate organizational change through effective project coordination.

Skills and experiences:

• Advanced knowledge of change management frameworks and methods (e.g. Prosci).
• 3+ years of relevant working experience, in consulting or an internal change role.
• Very strong Dutch language skills are necessary (C1), fluent in English.
• Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Results-driven and detail-oriented.
• Experience with organizational design.
